Abstract
U diplomskom radu se iznosi teorijski opis Interneta stvari i prilaže praktični dio kroz „uradi sam“ projekt izrade takozvanog Magičnog ogledala. U prvom dijelu se opisuje što su to Internet stvari (engl. Internet of Things), njihova svojstva, mogućnosti primjene u svakodnevnom životu, kao i ograničenja. Također, izlaže se i jednostavna arhitektura koja je baza praktičnom dijelu rada – Magičnog ogledala, kao simplificiranog primjera Interneta stvari. U praktičnom dijelu, analizirano je najbolje rješenje u hardverskom i softverskom smislu. Nakon odabira pripadajućih komponenti, opisani su moduli rađeni pomoću JavaScript jezika, te postavke sustava koje omogućuju funkcioniranje ogledala kao cjeline.
Abstract (english)
The thesis presents theoretical description on the Internet of Things along with practical part through a "do it yourself" project of making a so-called Magical Mirror. The first part of the paper describes what are Internet Things, their features, possible application in everyday life as well as their limitations. Furthermore, simple architecture is proposed which is the basis of the practical part of the thesis - Magical Mirror, as a simplified example of the Internet of Things. In the practical part, the best hardware and software solution was evaluated. After selection of the relevant components, the modules are generated using the JavaScript language, and the system settings that allow the mirror to function as a whole.
