Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je usporediti četiri računovodstvena alata otvorenog koda. Na početku rada detaljnije će biti objašnjeno što znači te što obuhvaća računovodstvo, kao i što predstavljaju računovodstveni alati te što znače softveri otvorenog koda i zašto su nam važni. Pri kraju rada fokusirat ćemo se na usporedbu. GnuCash, Akaunting, Frappe Books i Dolibarr ERP-CRM uspoređivat ćemo po modulima, općenitim informacijama kao što su koju licencu koriste, u kojem jeziku su pisani, postoji li verzija na hrvatskome jeziku i slično. Kroz ove alate provest ćemo izmišljeni obrt te objasniti kako se unose izlazni računi i na temelju toga ćemo proučiti korisničko sučelje i njegovu interaktivnost.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to compare four open-source accounting tools. To begin, we will provide a more detailed explanation of what accounting entails and encompasses, as well as what accounting tools represent and what open-source software means, and why they are important. Towards the end of the paper, our focus will shift to the comparison. We will compare GnuCash, Akaunting, Frappe Books, and Dolibarr ERP-CRM based on modules, general information such as the license they use, the programming language they are written in, the existence of a Croatian language version, and similar aspects. Through these tools, we will walk through a fictional business scenario, explaining how outgoing invoices are entered. Based on this, we will examine the user interface and its interactivity.
