Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje proces implementacije dijela informacijskog sustava za naplatu komunalnih usluga u tvrtku Komunalac d.o.o. sa sjedištem u Otočcu. Informacijski sustav koji je tema rada je Faros odnosno njegov modul Sustav naplate koji je Komunalcu potreban kao programska podrška za proces obračuna i naplate vodnih usluga. Objašnjeno je što je sustav naplate kao dio ERP sustava te zašto je on bitan za poslovanje jedne tvrtke. Razrađen je projekt uvođenja novog sustava u tvrtku. Pritom je projekt definiran i jednim dijelom izveden u testnoj okolini.
